Once again, we had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. The home is well kept and spacious. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the Florida sunshine in comfort and privacy. The location of this villa allowed us to visit the area Parks, several beaches, and the Space Center. With four small children, this is the ONLY place we stay when we visit Orlando! It accommodates and entertains children well, and still provides the amenities and relaxation the adults need.

Everything was perfect. Abundant space for two families easily. The children(5) never felt crowded or bored. The park with tennis, basketball and soccer were an easy walk for the older children. Everything needed for the stay was in the house and more. The pool and hot tub were very clean and fun. The house is also an easy drive to Disney and shopping. The owners are prompt and friendly with all correspondence you need to have with them. We would definitely rent again.

We stayed with my brother-in-law and his wife, between us we had 5 children ages 8 months to 13 years. In addition, my mother stayed for a couple nights. It couldn't have worked out better with the 2 master bedrooms, 4 baths, 5 bedrooms, pool, hot-tub, all the conveniences of home and equipment for kids, quiet neighborhood, convenient to attractions, etc. I plan 3 visits in early 2008 and hope we can stay again. I celebrated thanksgiving at orange tree villa and I cannot express how much i enjoyed my holiday. My party were all impressed by the place, spacious, nice rooms, perfect size pool and jacuzzi. Everything you can imagine that you need is present, there were even cereal, fresh milk, fresh eggs in the fridge when we arrived. Excellent service and communication, very clean and nice place to spend a holiday or weekend. Thanks for putting us up!

WOW! Where do I start? Your home is amazing! Between the games room & the pool, I'm not sure which one we enjoyed the most! Although the guys really enjoyed the BIG screen TV & the kids played the Playstation late into the night! It is stylish & comfortable, which is a hard combination to pull off, so BRAVO! And the kitchen... Every appliance & gadget that you could imagine. I didn't get to use them all, but I sure tried! I know this is crazy to say on vacation, but I LOVED the large Washer & Dryer! I actually took all of our vacation clothes home clean, which is so much better than coming home to a lot of laundry. There is no other way to put it; you have thought of everything! The entire home was wonderful! And the community was very nice with lots of things to do & close to Walmart for nightly runs, yet still quiet enough to enjoy and feel safe! And I must brag about the owners Jayne & Richard. I've never received such personal prompt service. They answered every question I had & even called from the UK to be sure we arrived safely and to see if we needed anything! We will rent this home again the next time we visit Orlando & I'll recommend this to anyone!!! Thank you for making our vacation the best one yet!
