The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, there is one double sofa bed accommodating a further 2 people plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
The villa is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!
The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun.
Unlike some villas which back on to walls our villa has a garden hedge around the pool area
Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a cot, highchair, buggy/stroller as well as having pool safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected.
For young children there are a selection of toys, games, Playstation 2 and DVD's. For the older children and adults there is a fully equipped games room.
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for an additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommended pool heat from October through to April. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).
The villa is minutes away form a 24 hr Wal-Mart. The Premium outlet mall is only 15 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc.) In addition there is a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.
There is a wealth of restaurants on the US192 which is 2 minutes away including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster. TGI's etc along with Chinese, Italian, many of whom deliver.
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Gardens Shopping Centre, 10 minutes away which is beside a 24 hr drug store.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Absolutely not! We offer a state-of-the-art computer with 24 hour free internet access, a deluxe gas barbeque and a range of baby equipment (such as high chair/cot and baby monitors) ... all of which are included in the price of the villa.
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
